The Ministry's press release reveals an extension of 36 months to obtain the Administrative Authorization for exploitation and an additional 6 months for the construction authorization 🛠️. These extensions are vital for the progress and realization of numerous #eolic 🌬 and #photovoltaic ☀ projects.
This extension represents a significant advance for the renewable sector in Spain: it reinforces investor confidence, provides legal certainty and, above all, alleviates upcoming challenges in construction, related to the shortage of materials 🏗 and labor 👷.
